Sales Policy for Oliva Beauty

This Sales Policy explains how Oliva Beauty (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers and sells products online and in person. It works together with our Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy. By placing an order, you agree to all of these policies.

1) Scope & definitions

  • Customer/you: The individual or business purchasing from Oliva Beauty.

  • Consumer: A natural person acting for personal use, not business.

  • B2B/Wholesale: A business purchasing for resale or internal business use.

2) Order acceptance

  • Your order is an offer to buy; we accept when we send an order confirmation or dispatch notice.

  • We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., pricing/availability errors, suspected fraud, policy violations). Any payment captured for a cancelled order will be refunded.

3) Product availability & substitutions

  • Items may be limited, discontinued, or subject to backorder. Estimated dates are not guarantees.

  • If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you with options: wait, substitute (with consent), or refund.

4) Pricing, taxes, and charges

  • Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.

  • Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

  • International duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless we state DDP at checkout.

5) Promotions, coupons, bundles, and gifts-with-purchase

  • Promotions run for a limited time and may have per-customer limits or SKU exclusions.

  • Coupons must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

  • Bundles/sets are priced as a unit; partial returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

  • Gifts-with-purchase (GWP): If a return drops the order below the promo threshold, the GWP must be returned or its value may be deducted.

6) Purchase limits & eligibility

  • Purchases are for personal use unless you have written wholesale authorization.

  • We may limit quantities per customer, household, payment method, or address to prevent diversion or abuse.

  • You must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to buy.

7) Product use & safety

  • Cosmetics and skincare are for external use only. Follow label directions and perform a patch test when trying new products.

  • We do not make medical claims; products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

8) Pre-orders & backorders

  • We may capture payment at order or at dispatch (as stated at checkout).

  • Dates are estimates and may change due to supplier timelines. You can cancel for a refund anytime before dispatch.

9) Wholesale & B2B (where offered)

  • Wholesale accounts require approval, valid business details, and any applicable resale certificate.

  • We may set MOQs, lead times, and credit terms (e.g., Net 30) case-by-case.

  • Unauthorized resale on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) or outside approved territories is prohibited without written consent.

10) Unauthorized resale & anti-diversion

  • Buying with intent to resell without authorization, altering batch codes, or exporting contrary to our written permissions is not allowed.

  • We may cancel related orders and restrict future purchases.

11) Fraud prevention

  • We use automated and manual checks and may request identity or address verification, limit order value, or cancel suspicious transactions.

  • Any misuse of chargebacks or payments may result in account restriction.

12) Shipping, delivery, and risk

  • Delivery options, timing, and tracking are covered in our Shipping Policy.

  • Risk of loss transfers per that policy; please ensure address accuracy and timely receipt.

13) Returns, exchanges, and refunds

  • Conditions, windows, and procedures are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required or agreed.

14) Warranties & disclaimers

  • Except where required by law, products are provided “as is” with any manufacturer’s standard assurances.

  • To the maximum extent permitted, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected items, excluding indirect or consequential losses.

15) Intellectual property & content

  • Product names, images, texts, and trademarks are the property of Oliva Beauty or licensors.

  • Reviews or user content you submit may be used in accordance with our Terms and Privacy Policy (e.g., for display, marketing, or product improvement).

16) Export controls & sanctions

  • You agree not to purchase for, ship to, or otherwise provide products to persons or destinations subject to applicable sanctions or export restrictions.

17) Changes to this Policy

  • We may update this Sales Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Changes apply to orders placed after the effective date.
